to use: Enter the username and password of the customer that you want
to delete their messages. Then enter the range of message that you want
to delete; if you want to delete message 1 then start should be 1 and
end should be 1. If you want to delete messages 20 - 30 then start should
be 20 and end should be 30. If you want to delete all start should be
1 and end should be a high number like 500 or 1000.
