Download and install Cute FTP

Open the program.
If the site manager does not open at start up
click on File/Site Manager (or F4)

Click on NEW

Label for site: enter
Trilutions
FTP Host Address: enter
users.galesburg.net
FTP Site User Name: enter
Your Logon name
Ftp Site Password: enter
Your Logon Password (it is case sensitive)

Click Connect

Click on the up arrow folder to browse to the folder on your hard drive
where you have your web site created and stored at.
Hold the CTRL button down and click on the items you want to
transfer to your website. CTRL A if you wish to select all the items.

Click the mouse on the highlighted items, drag the mouse to the
right side of the screen (your webspace) (Note the + sign meaning copy the files)
and release the mouse button to transfer the files to your personal web space.

Click yes to confirm the transfer

And the files copy from your hard drive to your web space.

To access your website open your browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape)
and type in the address bar:
http://www.galesburg.net/~yourusername
